FlightAlert is a flight price monitoring tool that tracks airfare and sends email alerts when prices drop below a user-defined threshold. Flight price data is sourced from third-party APIs and is provided for informational purposes only.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Flight prices shown on FlightAlert are sourced from third-party providers (including Google Flights via SerpAPI). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of price data. Prices may have changed by the time you visit a booking site. Always verify the final price on the airline or booking website before purchasing.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address and verify it to use the Service. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to scrape, abuse, or overload the Service
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent any limits
  • Interfere with other users' access to the Service

6. Email Alerts

By setting up a price alert, you consent to receive email notifications at the address you registered. You can stop alerts at any time by deleting your monitored routes or your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

FlightAlert is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on price data, missed alerts, service downtime, or any other issues related to use of the Service.

8. Third-Party Links

Alert emails and the site may contain links to third-party booking websites. We are not responsible for the content, pricing, or practices of those sites.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page.
